Last Day
This was an interesting week. topics ranged from financing to testing and everyhing in between. today's first topic on last years completers testing was interesting and I am glad it didn't turn out to be a gripe session. I think that next year will go much smoother. The last session would have gone better if we could have been ion a room separated from other classes. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the conference and look forward to next week!

I truly enjoyed this years conference very much. I found most of the sessions to be very informative and helpful. Today the Business and Marketing teachers met and were updated on testing and changes that are going to be made with them. I believe that Mrs. Tetrick will see to it that the bugs get worked out and everyone will have their opportunity to help complete this process. Looking forward to the Technology conference next week....I love to learn new and exciting topics....see everyone then.
ReplyDeleteAll morning I attended a Financial Literacy workshop given by Linda Hawkins. It was extremely informative and I am going to use many of the resources she gave us in my Life Basics class. Next,Brandi and I were ask to show the FACS teachers how to use a blog. Donna Wilkes is going to send me all of the WV FACS teachers email addresses and I am going to set up a blog for us. I hope it is successful.
ReplyDeleteI got home yesterday and found out my Dad was having emergency eye surgery. Thank God he did not lose his eye.
Well, I have to go wash clothes and then I am off to Ruby Memorial Hospital for the day. Enjoy your weekend--see you on Sunday!
