******This blog is from one of the member's of the WINNING GROUP!!! TGIW!!!! Today started out rainy, but I guess I will not melt (but, don't ask Rick!) My first session was on Prezi. I have decided to focus on Prezi's, so I am attending all the sessions on Prezi. I have created my first Prezi, and I must admit, not that bad!!! Go Brandi! The second session was standing room (and then some) only, so Lisa and I went to the vendors, shopped, and then worked on our photo project. The next session was on cell phones--very neat! Hopefully, I will not get any problems from our admin on trying to incorporate them into the classroom. Next, we went to a presentation that was cancelled...I guess I really need to READ! By the time that we realized that it had been cancelled, it was too late to pick another session. So, back to vendors...also, a few of us talked about what we have learned so far and we shared ideas. Next, lunch...really good!!! Door prizes...I am not a winner!!! The next session was on Prezi's. You know that you have chosen a good session if Mark Moore sits in on it!!! It was really good and the presenter helped my on Prezi. Next, I went to Website Organizers. It was ok, but not what I really thought it was going to be. Finally, Lisa, Susan, Rick, and I are going back to the hotel to work on our projects. We are going to incorporate what we have learned (Prezi, PhotoStory, Animoto, and Audacity) I really wish that they would have scheduled some work time for us TIS'S...I hate to not attend something, but when you have homework, you got to get r done!!!! The vendors are giving out some amazing things!!
