Even though I did not stay in the local accommodation's that Charleston provided, my trip back down I-64 was just as enjoyable. Knowing that during the week, I was able to gain some important skills and knowledge that I could use as professional educator allowed me to reflect and feel accomplished. During the week, the connections and networking will be valued as we all begin the new school year in our respective schools.
In yesterday's work session with Anne Meadows, the use of Brain Honey will allow my department and fellow staff members to use a convenient platform for blended delivery. By modeling this new technical process, the teachers that the Department of Career Technical Education serves will hopefully integrate the methods and strategies in 21st Century teaching.
