a. review the cso's on many levels to make sure that I fully understand what the cso does for the student and how it fits in the total learning experience.

a.  Use better and more assesments that concentrate on a single or few cso instead of trying to assess large group of cso.

a.  Create and replicate a set of results and dived the results into more realistic grading scales.
